Payment

Quoted projects: prices are valid for 30 days from invoice date. Once your deposit is paid your quote price is secured for a period of 4 months from the quote date. After this time, prices are subject to change.

A 20% deposit via bank transfer is required before beginning your project, and the balance on approval of artwork. Printing will only go ahead once you have approved your artwork by email and final payment has been received.

Proofing

While absolute care is taken in preparing your stationery, it is your responsibility to check all details have been copied across correctly and that all design elements, details, spelling and punctuation is correct. Any errors that are noticed after final approval will incur an additional charge.

As all items are custom made, returns cannot be provided. However, if for any reason you are not 100% happy please provide any feedback so that a solution can be found.

Supplying your details

Once you have placed an order and transferred your deposit/payment, you will receive a form to complete with all your event details. If you are having guest name/s or addresses printed you will also be supplied with an excel template for this information.

Copyright

Photos of your design/s and print/s may be shared online. If you prefer your designs remain under wraps, please make this known when placing an order.

All items and designs are for your personal use only and cannot be redistributed to any third parties.

Colours

As colours can look different in-person to on-screen, to avoid any disappointment, ordering a sample pack is recommended. Ink colours can vary from print run to print run so any printed ink samples are provided as an example only. The final result of a white ink print will vary depending on the card stock it is printed on. Often this results in a slight grey/silver tone. If you’re considering white ink and you’re worried about the final colour, please order a sample pack and request a white ink test print.

Colours are subject to stock availability at the time of printing. In some cases, an alternative may be suggested if an item is out of stock.

Processing times

Invitations
Please plan for the following after payment and all information is received:
First proof: within 48 hours (or 1 week if custom)
Changes to your design after first proof: 48 hours
Order sent to print after final approval: 1 week
Processing time at printer: 2 weeks (or 4 if letterpress/foil)
Shipping time: 1 week

Day stationery
To allow enough time for design, printing, packing and postage, your final details (menu, collated guest list) is required 5 weeks before your day, and final approval no later than 4 weeks before your day. Any later than this and it is best you purchase a rush order, or you risk your stationery not arriving in time. Unfortunately, orders within 2 weeks of an event cannot be accepted.

Stock

Standard invitations and menus are printed on cardstock ranging from 298-350gsm (depending on colour choice). Double-thick stock is also available for letterpress orders or on request. Table numbers can be printed on cardstock or acrylic. Bar signage can be printed on foamboard or acrylic. Welcome signs and seating charts are printed on 3mm foamboard and are supplied without sign stands. If you require any holes to be added for hanging, these can be added by request.
